Summary

  • add a Forgejo Actions workflow for pull requests targeting main
  • run Node.js 20 dependency installation and the complete npm test suite
  • document the CI runner requirements and isolated test behavior

Verification

  • workflow YAML parsed successfully
  • 8 unit tests passed
  • 3 OpenAPI contract tests passed
  • 22 Mongo integration tests passed
