Summary

  • build a read-only EN/FR import manifest from the completed source inventory
  • collect approved WordPress comments with pagination and checkpoint every candidate
  • normalize legacy ranks/title suffixes and flag source, message, image, comment, and identity exceptions
  • document and test the resumable dry-run workflow

Safety

  • --apply is intentionally rejected
  • no MongoDB, MinIO, or CDN writes occur

Verification

  • npm test
  • live 20-record read-only source sample: 20 bilingual candidates, 14 comments, no exceptions
