Summary

  • remove the Forgejo-incompatible npm cache from setup-node
  • run push-triggered CI only after commits land on main
  • add a workflow contract test for the Node 24 CI configuration

Verification

  • npm test under Node 24
  • focused Prettier check

Note

The repository-wide Prettier check still reports pre-existing formatting issues outside this change.
